Requirements: Responsibilities: Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to Group Directors and senior leadership teams across Finance, Legal and IT, providing end‑to‑end generalist HR support Lead the full recruitment and hiring lifecycle, including hiring strategy, supplier and agency selection, interviews, salary benchmarking, negotiations and cost management Advise and support line managers on employee relations, including absence management, performance management, disciplinary matters and contract changes Drive and implement People & Culture projects in alignment with the company’s HR strategy, working closely with the wider HR team Oversee talent ma...
