Your mission We’re hiring a Business Developer to secure battery supply across multiple categories—new batteries from battery OEMs, used batteries, and surplus/oversupply stock (e.g., from automotive OEMs, Tier-1s, integrators). You’ll work closely with our sales operations team, legal, and finance to ensure that sourced batteries are tradeable, bankable, and fit for customer requirements. This role is commercially driven and relationship-heavy, combining sourcing/origination, market intelligence, and deal execution. You’ll work closely with quality, logistics, legal, and sales teams to ensure that sourced batteries are bankable, traceable, and fit for customer requirements. Your profile: Required Qualifications: - 3–8+ years in business development, sourcing, procurement, or origination within batteries, automotive, energy storage, electronics, recycling, or industrial supply chains. - Proven ability to negotiate and close B2B agreements with senior stakeholders. - Strong commercial skills: pricing, risk assessment, contract terms, and relationship management. - Comfortable with battery fundamentals (chemistry, formats, degradation drivers) and fit-for-purpose thinking. - High pro...
