Reporting to the Head of Corporate Sales – Pacific, you as Business Development Lead will be responsible for your own portfolio as well as leading a team of people in expanding our footprint across ANZ. What you will do: As Business Development Lead, will identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities for Avis Budget Group by expanding our corporate customer base, increasing revenue, and transitioning new strategic partnerships into the business. You will be accountable for delivering sustainable revenue growth through a combination of direct business development activity and effective leadership of a small team of Business Development Managers. You will operate as a “player–coach,” maintaining individual quota responsibility while driving team performance, capability development, and disciplined execution of the organisation’s growth strategy.
