Posting Dates: 4/15/26-4/30/26: ABOUT THE ROLE: Advanced Thin Films (ATF) develops and manufactures high-performance optical components for advanced laser applications. The Process Engineering Manager leads a team responsible for the development, optimization, and sustainment of manufacturing processes across multiple optical manufacturing value streams (Lasercom, HEL, and Core), each with distinct process requirements and operational demands. This role is accountable for process performance across yield, cost, quality, delivery, and safety, and serves as a key interface between Operations, NPI, Quality, Technology & Innovation, and Continuous Improvement.
