Job Description: - This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of IT projects and programs that align with our overall business strategy. - This role is centered on optimizing NCIS IT investments, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring successful project outcomes. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT portfolio roadmap that aligns with business objectives and priorities. - Establish and maintain portfolio governance processes, including project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation. - Regularly monitor and report on the overall performance of the IT portfolio, including budget, schedule, and risk. - Utilize a standard IT Portfolio framework that aligns/crosswalks to resource sponsor authoritative data sources to provide insight into all IT in alignment with resources and mission objectives. - Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across the IT portfolio (across the NCIS enterprise). - Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the IT portfolio and improve overall efficiency. - Lead portfolio reviews and steering committee meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and make strategic d...
