Job Summary: The Project Analyst I will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making at PIKE Engineering. This role requires strong expertise in BI development, data modeling, and reporting technologies, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment. The candidate will work closely with Operational Departments and the Engineering Technology Services Team to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and performance. Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, along with low-code or data-centric platforms such as QuickBase or Microsoft Power Apps, is a plus.
