Primary responsibilities include: Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks for patrons on the course. Completes a daily sales and inventory sheet with accuracy. Utilizes the point of sales system for orders. Responsible for cash handling and the accuracy of receipts at day’s end. Incorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standards.
