Lotus Cars Europe is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Sales & Network Area Manager BeneLux in the Sales Department to join us in our Office in Brussels, Belgium . Summary: As the Sales & Network Area Manager BeNeLux you will define, develop and deliver the retail partner network strategy for the growth of the Lotus Cars brand in the BeNeLux region, the Lotus retail strategy and Lotus Cars Product Strategy. This role also includes support for the delivery of regional sales performance KPI’s and targets. What you'll do: - Support the recruitment of retail partners and authorized repairers to contribute to Lotus growth in the BeNeLux region - Agree with Dealer Network on annual targets and achievement of Sales plan - Identify Sales opportunities in local dealer area and support Marketing department to exploit potential - Continuously monitor actual sales performance vs. targets and develop action plans to recover if needed - Coach De...
