We're accepting applications now and will begin active recruitment in September/October 2026. Altea is Canada’s premier fitness and wellness destination. Multiple boutique studios, modern recovery, and lifestyle amenities, all under one roof, for one membership. We bring together the quality of a standalone boutique with the breadth of a full service club, and we deliver an experience that members build their week around. We are the membership members actually use. Everything we do is designed to deliver a premium member experience. Most boutique fitness instructors piece together a living. A few classes here, a few classes there, three studios on three nights, no real schedule, no real career. We built ours differently. Altea offers more boutique fitness classes per week than any club in the country, taught across more modalities than any single-format studio could ever support. If you teach two formats, you could teach a full schedule. If you teach three or more, you have an opportunity to build a full-time career in a sustainable and time-effective manner.
