Keep one of Sydney's most critical motorway and tunnel networks safe, moving and operational 24/7. As the Team Leader , you will provide day‑to‑day leadership of civil maintenance crews across the Northern Assets Network, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with network standards. You will lead civil crews in live road and tunnel environments , coordinating planned and reactive civil works while setting the standard for safety, quality, and professionalism. This role suits a leader who takes pride in their work, is confident s confident managing field‑based crews and maintains a strong focus on workplace safety. About You: Demonstrated experience leading road maintenance crews in live traffic environments Strong capability in planning, scheduling, and supervising maintenance works Confident managing public interface and stakeholder interactions Strong sense of accountability with a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes on time Minimum MR licence and current NSW Implement Traffic Control Plans (ITCP) accreditation, or ability to obtain Availability to work primarily day shift, with some night work required Proven ability to build positive, pr...
