We’re looking for an Associate Recruiter who is passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful work. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our workforce by supporting recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes across the organization. What you’ll do: - Partner with hiring managers to identify and hire top talent - Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews - Communicate with applicants via phone, email, text, and other channels - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers - Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience - Process new hire paperwork and manage onboarding through the HRIS system - Conduct background checks and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files - Serve as a point of contact for new hires during onboarding and benefits enrollment - Conduct stay and exit interviews to support employee retention efforts - Provide feedback to improve recruiting and hiring processes - Support the HR team w...
