We’re looking for a creative and digitally savvy Loyalty Content Specialist to join our Brand, Content & Partnerships team. Reporting to the Senior Digital Content Manager, you’ll create engaging content and in-app experiences that drive awareness, engagement and retention for HCF’s Thank You loyalty program across app, web, eDM, social and retail channels. We’re looking for a strong copywriter and content storyteller with broad marketing knowledge and experience creating content across multiple digital and campaign channels.
