About the Role Carrier Commercial Services has an opening for an experienced HVAC Commercial Area Manager for our Midwest area. This role will sit in Indianapolis, IN or Cleveland or Columbus, OH and will lead Indiana, Ohio, Pittsburgh, West Virginia, and Kentucky. This position has profit & loss responsibility for a $40M+ revenue HVAC Service Business. It is responsible for growing the market share of the Carrier Commercial Services business in this focused area through new business development working in conjunction with the sales organization. Products and services include Repair Service, Maintenance Contracts, and Modernization Projects. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, including a detailed understanding of the technical sales process and operations management.
