Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operational Excellence (OpEx) Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives within our automotive remanufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Automotive manufacturing, Lean Principles, and process optimization with a passion for fostering a culture of operational excellence.
