Job Summary: The Multi-Unit Manager (MUM) is responsible for the operations of a market area of 4-6 restaurants. Above all, their key role is to monitor and improve customer satisfaction and profitability through efficient operations and to protect the health of the customers through food safety and sanitation. The MUM overall focus is to provide leadership, and communication skills to drive their districts results. Principal Responsibilities and Activities: Drives Sales at the Restaurant Level Maintain Clean & Safe Restaurants, Serving Hot & Fresh Food, moving at a Friendly & Fast Service! - Increase average volume of sales and control restaurant costs - Drive operations excellences! - Local Marketing Tactics - OER, BKC Visitations, and Genesh Inc.
