HRIS Analyst Human Resources Department: Position Summary: The HRIS Analyst will assist with day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Information Systems Team in support of the long-term strategy of the organization. This role will serve as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert for HR systems and processes. This includes system integration, data integrity, data analysis and reporting, testing, training, and consultation. Outline of Duties: - Serves as a liaison between Human Resources and Information Systems to provide systems support and analysis, and to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR and Users of HR information systems - Partners with various teams as a subject matter expert to solicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate into technical specifications - Proactively looks for opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and increase efficiencies. - Trains and mentors users on the proper use of HR systems - Creates recurring and ad-hoc reports to support business needs and meet compliance requirements - Participates in testing of HRIS systems, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements - Works with end...
