Job Duties Include: Assisting residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and other individual needs. Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, dental care and other needs in accordance with the resident's care plan requirements. Assisting with dining, both in the dining room and the resident’s room as appropriate. Assisting with tray set-up, assuring that food is easily accessible, assistive devices are in place, and food is arranged for visually impaired residents. Providing care that maintains each resident’s skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage by changing incontinent residents, turning and repositioning immobile residents, and applying moisturizers to fragile skin.
