This role is critical to building and sustaining a strong safety culture through field presence, real-time hazard identification, and close collaboration with project teams, field leadership and staff. The ideal candidate brings hands-on construction or engineering field safety experience, strong observational skills, and the ability to coach and influence safe behaviors at all levels. This position is highly field-focused and requires regular travel throughout the tri-state area to support multiple project locations. The Field Safety Manager will partner closely with operations, project management, construction management, and executive leadership to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
