About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with the service team for a 12 month fixed parental leave contract, to take ownership of a portfolio of key service customers for Western Sydney Region. This role is responsible for managing long‑term customer relationships, maximising service revenue, and identifying opportunities to grow KONE’s share of the customer lifecycle. You will be measured on customer loyalty, retention, service growth and profitability while ensuring seamless collaboration across sales and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with strategically important customers within your territory.
