Position Summary: The maintenance/driver is responsible for all the basic work inside and outside of the building, the upkeep, and cleanliness of the entire facility including repairs and ensuring it safe to operate, under the direction of the Facilities Manager at 648 3rd Ave. part of the property of Chula Vista Corps. This job also includes driving passengers. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Maintenance/Janitorial/Driving: (not listed in order of priority) - Maintain sidewalks clean, front of the building clean as well inside windows, floors, bathrooms etc. Bathrooms must he kept clean, with supplies needed.
