Work tasks include managing and facilitating the project planning processes and working closely with the project teams. This is a continuous, office-based role, with a possibility to work remotely. 📍 Location: Finland 📝 As a Project Planner you will: - Maintain project progress to ensure schedules are met - Take identified issues into consideration when needed to develop and control the schedule - Identify the project's critical path, monitor it closely, and communicate any changes to the Project Manager and other team members - Actively engage and work with the Project Management Team, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant customer representatives as well as other stakeholders - Work either from Vaasa where most of your team is located, or remotely from elsewhere in Finland 🏆 To succeed you will: - Have experience in defining, setting up, refining, and using project schedules and compiling schedule reports in the project planning system - Are technically proficient in scheduling software like MS P...
