Job description

Amentum is seeking a Task Order Manager for the Space Force Range Contract Typical Duties: - Creates and implements task definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for multiple tasks of moderate complexity. Participate in delivery assurance reviews to ensure adherence to task order management policies and procedures. - Assists in the staffing of tasks. Organizes tasks team members to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments, and objectives. - Manages budgets, schedules, and task deliverables to ensure contractual objectives are met. - Performs ongoing review of task status; identifies possible project risks. Recommend and implement risk mitigation solutions. - Works in conjunction with team members and stakeholders to manage changes to technical requirements, business requirements and schedule of the task. Provides input on project status. - Manages client, company, and project team expectations for project performance by obtaining and providing project metrics.
