Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability or product engineering. - Experience with hardware in industries such as servers, automotive, or aerospace. - Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience defining and managing component-level reliability testing. - Experience with optical measurement/inspection techniques and equipment. - Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and electrostatic discharge (ESD)/moisture-related damage (MSD) control standards relevant to optical components assembly. - Knowledge of high-volume manufacturing processes for optical assemblies (e.g., active and passive optical alignment, bonding, curing).
