Job Summary Manage and supervise repair and maintenance to ensure safe operations for company properties, which may include stores, offices, and/or warehouses. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities - Develops policies and procedures to manage facility operations. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies. - Plans, schedules, and coordinates general repairs, space utilization, and remodeling projects. - Oversees the inspection of facilities to document damage and determine repair needs. Anticipates and responds to facility related operational issues. Investigate complaints and safety violations, and resolve problems. - Directs and coordinates the activities of support roles at multiple locations. - Maintains records of special permits, inspections, hazards, compliance issues, and maintenance and operating costs. - Maintains documents, contracts and vendor lists. Prepares and review service contracts and billing. - Maintains ongoing relationships with all departments to keep abreast of their service needs and to be able to anticipate problems.
