As an Assistant Branch Manager at our Ormond Beach branch, you’ll be the first step in helping our members live financially free. Your Role in Our Mission: Foster a positive, coaching-focused environment to develop your team and ensure service, lending, and product penetration goals (such as membership and services per household) are consistently met. Serve as a loan officer and interviewer, processing applications and disbursing funds while educating members on lending solutions tailored to their needs. Open new accounts and provide guidance on FAIRWINDS products and services to both new and existing members, ensuring a comprehensive, one-stop experience. Support team members in delivering effective cross-selling and relationship-building strategies that increase member engagement and deepen financial partnerships. Address member concerns with professionalism and care, resolving issues quickly while protecting the member relationship.
