Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC) to help bridge the gap between business, legislation, and technology. In this role, you will contribute to improving processes, policies, and supporting systems within a compliance-driven environment. This position requires on-site presence 2–3 days per week in Arnhem , so travel time should be taken into consideration. Role Purpose: You will support the Management Team by translating business needs and regulatory requirements into practical, implementable solutions. Acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams (eg, IT and BI), you will help drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
