Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing: In a proactive manner, contact all customers in an assigned geographical territory to request a pick-up of waste and/or to deliver a product. In addition to this, receive calls from clients and Sales Representatives to provide service as requested. - Coordinate, communicate and facilitate transportation with GRR personnel, Customers and Transporters in a proactive and timely manner. Create required paperwork necessary for shipments including quote letters and accurate pricing and fees. - Manage all calls received from assigned clients, internal co-workers, Managers, and Sales Representatives to address such issues as special arrangements and/or coordination, billing, compliance, transportation, and credit collection. - Work closely with assigned sales representatives / managers on a daily basis, creating a team concept that fosters communication that insures we meet and exceed our customer's expectations. - Working knowl...
