The Role: Range Development: Take the lead in creating a commercially successful collection aligned with The Set's bold vision and Brand DNA. Fit & Quality Leadership: Drive excellence by leading fit sessions, ensuring all garments adhere to the highest quality standards, and providing strategic oversight for lab dip and strike-off approvals Supplier Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers, ensuring smooth processes and timely deliveries.
