Anthropic's Legal Operations team builds the systems, workflows, and tools that let our legal team operate at the speed of the company. We've made significant investments in tooling and automation — and now the challenge is keeping that work coordinated, visible, and actually used. As a Legal Operations Specialist, Tooling & Enablement, you'll sit at the intersection of three things: keeping our tooling work organized and moving, partnering with the team on getting tools into the legal team’s hands, and contributing directly to technical builds. The right balance across these will depend on what you bring — we're open to someone who leans toward the technical side and can think through solutions end-to-end, as well as someone who leans toward coordination and enablement with meaningful technical contribution.
