Maintenance Technician II (Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm)

Job description

Essential Functions: - Performs electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting and refrigeration operations including, but not limited to installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining commercial and industrial equipment. - Diagnoses and troubleshoots basic electrical issues (e.g., lighting, outlets/switches, circuits, etc.) - Installs and replaces electrical components such as ballasts, light fixtures, switches, receptacles, and breakers. - Performs minor construction tasks and installation of fixtures, equipment and accessories as needed throughout the facilities - Diagnoses and repairs a wide range of facility machinery, production equipment, and building systems. - Conducts routine checks and evaluates necessary maintenance to the facilities. - Provides recommendations for facilities improvements. - Conducts routine preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. - Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment. - Responds to work requests by performing and completing general facilities repairs in a timely manner. - Travels to various worksite to perform or respond to request as required. - Maintains, organizes...
