Overview Quality Assurance Technician: Under the supervision of the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Assurance Technician conducts audits on the process, products and systems in the Configuration environment and other areas as required. Using defined tools and scripts, the Tech identifies issues, analyzes those found during testing, and documents the findings. The Technician also provides support in assessment, implementation and maintenance of quality systems and processes that meet or exceed ISO standards and customer specific requirements. Reports out KPIs as needed to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization. What We Do: We calm the confusion of IT by guiding the connection between people and technology.
