Job DetailsJob Location: Club Support Center - Chicago, IL 60612Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year Degree (Bachelors)Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Up to 75%Job Shift: Full Time HoursPOSITION SUMMARY The Major Gift Officer (MGO) is a strategic fundraising leader responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-capacity donors and prospects, usually at the $10,000+ level. This role plays a vital part in advancing the club’s revenue goals by securing transformational gifts and strengthening long-term donor engagement. The MGO partners closely with the CEO, the Board of Directors, and senior leadership to develop key relationships and implement major-gift strategies. This individual provides a high level of independence, experience, and judgment, serving as both a frontline fundraiser and a strategic partner on advancement initiatives.
