The Role: - Logging of claims via email and post (entering information onto spreadsheets and into computer systems ) - Requesting further information from customers or veterinary practices for additional information when required (via e-mail or phone) - Matching requested information to the claims - Allocating claims to the desired person/queue - Assisting with queries from the business and customers - Triaging claims - Escalation queries - Reporting to the team leader and collating information - Reporting any system errors - Working with the team leader/team to enhance processes Benefits: Home working available after training.
