Position Overview The Principal, Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of key regulatory initiatives that demonstrate a return on investment (ROI) to the organization; specifically in the area of regulatory compliance. This includes the ongoing auditing and evaluation of these programs at all facilities across the entire C&S network to ensure program viability and site compliance. In this capacity, the Principal builds and maintains strong working relationships with key individuals at all locations and garners the support of Warehouse Directors at all locations. General job duties include submitting compliance reports to regulatory organizations, performing internal audits on the effectiveness of compliance policies, and serving as a liaison between management, personnel, and external agencies.
