Shift Times : Rotating. Required to rotate between 7a-7:30p, 11a-11:30p, 7pm-7:30am or 11p-11:30a as needed by department. Weekday & Weekend Availability Needed: Job Summary: The Patient Access Representative is the first line of quality service to our patients and the community, ensuring patient safety and identity protection. In addition, Patient Access services will be responsible for processing patient registration, verifying demographics, obtaining insurance cards and identification, and updating medical records accurately and efficiently.
