We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff and protecting Community property. Full Time with some weekends. Starting at $18 per hour based on experience. Benefits: - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs. - Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor. - Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor. - Perform minor building and equipment repairs. - Assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary. - Maintain cleanliness of fountains, pumping and filtration system, where appropriate. - Perform maintenance on irrigation system (valves, timers and nozzles). - Perform routine maintenance on...
