Job Overview Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring a Production Manager to support our Extrusion facility. As a Production Manager, you’ll lead the overall direction of the operation, setting the tone for safety, quality, and team performance. This role is focused on building a strong culture while ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You’ll stay closely connected to the operations, supporting supervisors and teams, addressing day-to-day challenges, and keeping priorities aligned as needs shift.
