Overview i3 is seeking a Dedicated DoD365 Specialist. The Dedicated DoD365 Specialist will serve as the organization’s dedicated specialist for all DoD365 applications. Responsibilities: - Serves as the organization’s dedicated specialist for all DoD365 applications (i.e. SharePoint Online, Teams, SharePoint Classified environment, MS Office products, etc.). - Provide technical support, and resolve complex issues related to DoD365 services. - Document requirements, design, and develop solutions within the DoD365 environment. - Manage permissions within SharePoint Online and MS Teams. - Automate business processes using the DoD365 services upon request (Power Platform). - Participate in customer status briefings, working level meetings, and other information gathering/dissemination forums as necessary. - Develop and implement robust PowerBI reporting and analytics solutions using authoritative data sources.
