This program is designed for youth with a diagnosed disability who require hands-on work experience, socialization opportunities, and job readiness skill development in a supportive and inclusive retail setting. This experience focuses on skill development rather than productivity, with individualized learning objectives, on-site job coaching support, and close coordination with Mission Services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in structured, supervised training activities within a Goodwill Donated Goods Retail store.
