Working/Functional Title Executive Director of Enterprise Services: Position Summary: Michigan State University (MSU) seeks a strategic, collaborative, and service-oriented Executive Director of Enterprise Services to provide leadership for a large and complex IT department supporting enterprise application platforms, administrative systems, development, and data services. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this role is responsible for setting the vision, direction, and service models that enable efficient, high-impact technology solutions in support of MSU’s academic, research, and administrative mission. The Executive Director serves as a principal advisor to university leadership and campus partners, ensuring enterprise technology services are reliable, resilient, user-focused, and aligned with institutional priorities.
