Job description

Management of the Building Automation System at Stellantis World Headquarters and Technology Center. The Building Automation System Group (BAS) is managed by the BAS Manager. This includes managing the BAS team, including the network administrator and controls engineer(s) as well as working with the facilities team, including skilled trades responsible for maintaining the building automation system network. This includes hardware and software systems, and all associated assets and equipment required to monitor and automate data management for life safety and all operations systems for the Stellantis World Headquarters and Technology Center. Major duties include: - Safety training for the BAS team - Managing a network team including controls engineering and network administration for the BAS. - Supervision of a skilled trades team responsible for the Building Automation Systems (BAS) activities and mechanical repairs. - Oversee development of corrective maintenance work packages to repair building automation systems legacy hardware and manage the migration to new system architecture. - Provide technical support for skilled trades. - Review and respond to skilled trades work issues....
