Reports To: Manufacturing Engineering Manager Description: Supports the production process with direction from the engineers responsible for the project. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Daily support of manufacturing process equipment and controls. - Onsite problem solving in real time. - Communication with engineering and maintenance staff to ensure knowledge of issues. - Monitor and collect data in support of improvement activities. - Schedule and run trial parts. - Submit parts to testing lab for analysis. - Development and modification of robot programs. - Troubleshooting equipment issues with PLC monitoring software. - Must work in a safe manner in compliance with KNA policies and maintain an awareness of danger to themselves and others. - Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures. Education Required: - AS Degree in Mechatronics, pre-engineering, related study, or three plus years manufacturing experience Training Required: - As required.
