Job DetailsJob Location: Cullman Regional Medical Center - Cullman, AL 35056Position Type: PRN - .2Job Shift: DayJob Summary: Perform patient care and complete documentation in a timely manner and within insurance guidelines. Demonstrate critical thinking skills and reasoning processes in carrying out the plan of care (i.e. appropriate decision-making skills). Assure patient charges and productivity reports are performed accurately and in a timely (daily) manner. Demonstrate organizational time management by completing work in a timely manner, utilizing available staff and resources, and not incurring any unapproved overtime. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality. QualificationsEducation: Graduate from an accredited physical therapy assistant program and currently licensed in the state of Alabama. Experience: New graduate accepted; experienced preferred. Additional Skills/Abilities: Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Good computer skills for documentation.
