Project Engineer - Wastewater Treatment

RK&K’s experienced, growing Water/Wastewater Group, within one of the nation’s top consulting firms, is seeking to hire a Municipal Wastewater Treatment Design Project Engineer to work from our Baltimore, MD office. In this role, you will work closely with team members to lead evaluation and planning, design and construction phase engineering administration services on a variety of wastewater projects. Essential Functions: - Complete designs for upgrades and expansions to municipal wastewater treatment facilities - Prepare design calculations, process flow diagrams and costs estimates for wastewater projects - Conduct technical evaluations of various unit processes and equipment to support planning and design related to wastewater systems - Preparation and review of technical memoranda, engineering reports, presentations, drawings, specifications, and miscellaneous contract documents - Work directly with the owner, designer, project engineers and contractors. - Exceed client expectations for quality, schedule and budget - Facilitate internal and client meetings, workshops and incorporate client feedback into design documents - Demonstrate thorough understanding of QA/QC development...
