Job Summary: The Member Engagement Analyst III is responsible for contributing to the overall support of Member Services programs by coordinating processes and procedures associated with benefits and retention. Essential Functions: - Serve as a liaison for Value Added Services/Benefits, member incentives and rewards programs - Supports member and community advisory committee meetings, including in rural communities if applicable, and Consumer Council Meetings (external) - Supports the implementation and data analysis of member engagement and retention strategies, leveraging data/intel to improve retention and support member growth - Serve on internal teams to determine that drive engagement and retention while leveraging incentive/rewards and coordinating with vendors to implement work with various internal groups to share personas (behaviors/attitudes) - Facilitate and manage workgroups to collect and document retention initiatives - Facilitate/promote problem identification, analysis and resolution of issues associated with data collection and evaluation for retention and incentives - Collaborate with business owners to share insights and drive market and product improvement plan...
