Create content plans spanning the entire documentation lifecycle. Deliver high-quality conceptual, procedural, and reference documentation for technical audiences. Influence product improvements based on customer feedback. Collaborate across teams to help design and build better products. Mentor other technical writers and contribute to their professional development. Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with engineers. Create and maintain sample code, scripts, and technical procedures. Understand and document cloud computing concepts and AWS services.
