Position Summary: The Director of Lead Generation, Physician Marketing , is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive lead‑generation marketing engine to identify, engage, and convert physicians into the MDVIP personalized healthcare model. Reporting to the Vice President of Physician Marketing, this leader will drive strategic growth by developing multi‑channel demand‑generation programs, data‑driven outreach strategies, and operational processes that deliver qualified physician leads into the recruitment funnel.
