WHO ARE WE?: Since 2002, the Disability Management Institute has been providing comprehensive claims management and claims review services to clients throughout Canada. YOUR ROLE: As a Bilingual Work-Health Consultant, you are a Self-Employed sub-contractor with excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide services in Canada. We employ a “holistic outcomes” approach in all of our services and to uncover the underlying drivers that are at the root of unnecessary or prolonged absence. YOUR IMPACT: You will be responsible for providing a high caliber of varied rehabilitation services to a broad customer and client base within both the Insurance and Employer marketplace. The focus will be to assist the client to attain a more productive lifestyle including a return to work.
