About the Role: Operates paper and nonwoven conversion equipment, including machinery and palletizers, to manufacture hygiene products in compliance with established specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). As a key member of the shift team, the Machine Operator III is responsible for optimizing machine performance, achieving KPI targets, and maintaining accurate production data and reporting. This role serves as a subject matter expert, demonstrating advanced mechanical aptitude and the ability to confidently communicate machine performance, issues, and improvements to the team and leadership to support efficient and reliable operations.
