Job description

What you'll do Create content that engages — Tutorials, course lessons, and video scripts that help people actually understand and use Gumloop (and AI generally). You'll partner with product and engineering to get the details right, then translate those details into something clear and compelling. Produce video end-to-end — Record, edit, and ship walkthroughs, feature overviews, and course content. You own the full process from script to published video thumbnails, captions, descriptions, and all (no requirement to be on camera if you don't want to be!) Build and engage the community — Be a consistent presence in our community channels. Surface common questions, turn them into content, and make sure people feel supported as they learn. Help shape cohort programs, webinars, and other touchpoints that bring users together. Manage the content pipeline — Keep multiple projects moving across formats and stakeholders simultaneously. Run approvals, hit deadlines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Know what the moment calls for — Not every feature needs a polished tutorial.
